Added new files in order to visualize the arm in RVIZ, and changed the approach to use homogenous transformation matrices

Added testing to the software, where the simulation does not have to be run, and instead the coordinates can be visualized in RVIZ. Likewise, webcam is no longer required, but instead a video recording can be used instead
