Prepares NVML (Non-Volatile memory Library) project to be renamed to
PMDK (Persistent Memory Development Kit).
Replaces all the occurences of NVML in README's, man pages and source
code with the new name.
Renames "nvml" namespace in libpmemobj C++ bindings to "pmem".
