Processed alot of what pylint suggested. Might change the naming conventions rules tho, the short parameter names are an issue, but lets not get too strict..

updated grid code to handle a shared result dictionary, took some effort but it works now. requires some tricks here and there tho

updated grid code to be more clean, and have dedicated setup and cleanup functionalities. hopefully code will stay cleaner

expanded the grid generation code. still needs work but its more complete now. need to fix the phasevol correctly tho. Made a function to call the grid, and loop over it and write all the binary_c calls to a file

added testing and the cleaning up of the custom library. this isnt done yet, and ive hit on some sissues

added some extra grid option parameters. I need to make sure that these dicts are so that you can change the values, but not add keys

Rewrote argument handling of population class, added export functions. Added python-c-bindings to return store and other small changes

building population code. added some grid options, loading custom logging code now works (but not yet on runing the population tho)
