Replaced parts of the code where a star is set to be a MASSLESS_REMNANT

with calls to stellar_srtucture_make_massless_remnant :
this is because this function does a lot more than simply set the
stellar type, and a crash case was found that depended on these extra
things being set (like the core masses being set to zero).
