fix bug in spacing functions with new tbse_line (tick counts shouldn't prompt an exit of the function, 'fin' should)

update binary_grid : fix some minor bugs, improved the function setting for parse_bse (now checks if it exists), added function for returned a compressed piece of data instead of an array of data to parse_bse: don't use it, it's slow!
