Integration of smart_proxy_dhcp_kea_api into upstream Foreman Smart Proxy

Hi @sm0049. I'm Archana from Red Hat's Satellite Engineering team. I'm working on KEA DHCP integration for Foreman Smart Proxy as we're transitioning away from ISC DHCP (which reached EOL in 2022) to KEA now.

We discovered that your smart_proxy_dhcp_kea_api project and it appears to be exactly what we are looking for. So, instead of maintaining this as a separate gem, would you be open to integrating it into upstream Smart Proxy (https://github.com/theforeman/smart-proxy)?
