I've replaced disc->ftdisc (and removed it) with a local variable,
and the disc->Mdot,Jdot etc. derivatives are now calculated only
for the disc time. disc->dT is the disc time.

The conversion factor ftdisc is now set in the binary_c
derivative calculation function, which is really where it should
be set.
