User feature: Block a user

as a log-in user, I want to block someone that I don’t like it, so I can no longer see any of it comments and posts anymore

technical details

• there will be a "block" button on the user profile that the user wants to blocked
• a remind window should be pops up when the user tried to blocked someone, as a double confirm
