User feature: Sign-out as a registered user

as a registered user, I want to log out my account, so I can use prevent other unauthorized people access to my account

technical details

• in the landing (home) page functionbar, there will be a sign-out button for registered user to log out
• user status will be updated after clicking the button, user has been logged out
