User feature: Register as a user
as a unregistered user, I want to create an account, so I can use this music web app
technical details
- in the landing (home) page functionbar, there will be a sign-up button for unregistered user to create an account
- a new sign-in/sign-up window opens up after clicking the sign-up button
- register form will be display for unregistered user to fill in personal information
- an account only created when the unregistered user is correctly fill in all the necessary fields
