Ciaran - Rpi Implementation Bugs

Troubleshooting and problem solving of issues discovered while Ciaran is developing the code for the Rpi side.

Problems Recorded:

Vibration Response issue
HR Monitor Code: Incorporate Barbara's HR code, expand protocol, and test.
Flashing Lights/Vibration
Cooler Problem: Coolers turning on when sending a timer command.
Buttons Problem: 1 - 2 and 3 - 4 should be the other way around
